Course Information

Control Theory and Engineering is an integrated application-oriented discipline, which uses the control principles and methods for a variety of system modeling, analysis, design and research. This discipline takes control system in the engineering field as the main research object and automatic control, electronic communications and computer networks for technical support. The discipline has four secondary discipline master degrees of control theory and control engineering, testing technology and automation devices, navigation guidance and control, pattern recognition and intelligent system. Main research directions include intelligent control technology and applications, power electronics control technology and application, testing and automation technology, aircraft experimental testing and performance simulation technology, aircraft navigation, guidance and control technology, pattern recognition and machine vision, complex systems modeling and simulation, etc. Main courses include computer control system, matrix theory, numerical analysis, linear system theory, advanced signal processing, power electronics, flight mechanics, complex systems theory and applications, distributed control system, Kalman filtering technique, robust and optimal control, fuzzy mathematics, pattern recognition, image analysis and understanding, system identification, modern flight guidance and control, modern AC variable speed technology, remote telemetry system, intelligent detection and control technology, intelligent control, adaptive control, etc.

Entry equirements

1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.

2. Education background and age limit:

    Applicants for undergraduate program must have senior high school diploma with good academic performance and be under the age of 22.

    Applicants for master’s degree program must have bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 30.

3.Obey the relevant laws of the PRC and meet the admission requirements of the host universities.

4. Applicants must have a good academic record and merits.

>Step 1

Submit Application Documents: prepare necessary documents and upload in CISS. 

>Step 2

Pay Application Fee: Application Fee can be paid online or ask your customer service executive for guidance.

>Step 3

Qualification Verification: CISS customer service executive will contact you immediately when receive the files, please pay attention to your e-mail or your CISS.

>Step 4

Admission Letter: the admission letter will be normally sent out within 10 working days after all documents are prepared well.

JW202 Form: usually come out within one month after students get admitted.

>Step 5

Visa Application:

> For those who applied for long term study (more than 6 months), students can apply for X visa with the admission letter and JW202 form.

> For those who applied for short term study (less than 6 months), students are suggested to apply for L visa with the admission letter.
